Pre-Order FAQ

• Release dates: Listed on each product page. Release dates may change depending on the manufacturer or supplier schedule.
• Payment: We charge the full amount at checkout to secure stock with the supplier.
• Shipping timing: Pre-order products are shipped once we receive them from our supplier, immediately after their official release and arrival in stock.
• Mixed carts: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be shipped together once all products have been released and arrived in stock.
• Mint condition guarantee: All items are factory-sealed and packed in reinforced cartons.
• Need to cancel? Contact support before the release date.
